Aldena Shipping Ltd. is at the service to all ship-owners and charterers in every port of Estonia and Latvia and Saint Petersburg area 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our clients may rely on us for fast and efficient handling of their cargo and ships. Our company has vast experience in providing port agency services for different types of vessels, Coastal carriers, Bulk carriers, Ro-Ro, Reefers, Container vessels and Tanker. A part from cargo operation, we also do offer our agency service in respect to any kind of docking repair situations..

The breakdown of our services read as follows:

  • reservations of berth in port
  • ordering of pilot
  • tugboat notification
  • arrangement of immigration and customs control
  • clearance of vessels upon approach and departure
  • crew and passenger transfers in port and their accommodation
  • ordering of ship’s suppliers
  • supplying ship with fresh water
  • bunkering
  • supervising and coordinating all activities of the terminal operators, stevedores, tallymen, quay handling equipment
  • arrangement and supervision of loading and unloading operations
  • transmission of operative information to customer
  • issuance of cargo documents (all kinds)
  • supply of wi-fi internet connection on board
  • disposal of garbage, slops, sewage
  • arrangement and monitoring ship repair works;
